What it explores

The experiment asks how you would respond in a series of leadership situations. Your choices are mapped across five archetypal directions used in this reflection tool.

The purpose is not to label you as one type. It is to notice which ways of leading appear more naturally and which you may use less often.

Five directions

Talent MagnetNoticing capability, attracting talent and creating room for people to contribute fully.
LiberatorCreating enough safety and space for people to think, speak and take intellectual risks.
ChallengerStretching thinking with meaningful problems rather than supplying every answer.
Debate MakerInviting different views and using productive debate before decisions are made.
InvestorGiving ownership, responsibility and accountability instead of taking work back.

How to use the result

Look at the pattern, not just the highest score. A useful question is: which leadership move do I reach for first, and which one do I forget when pressure rises?

This is an independent 2rasi reflection experiment inspired by the Multipliers framework. It is not an official or validated Multipliers assessment.
